Veterans Island Park, Saratoga Wyoming
Located south of Pick Pike Road on the way to the Saratoga Inn, Veterans Island Park offers a beautiful natural setting for outdoor activities in Saratoga, Wyoming. The park is easily accessible from downtown Saratoga and is a popular spot for families and groups to gather for a variety of occasions.
The park is an ideal location for birthday parties, barbecues, reunions, or quiet retreats.

The park features a range of amenities, including a large covered fire pit, a skate park, volleyball nets, a children's playground, horseshoe pits, and a tennis court. The park also includes the Historic Stone House, which was recently restored and awarded the 2004 Architectural Award from the Saratoga Historical and Cultural Association.
Historic Stone House
The Historic Stone House is located within Veterans Island Park and was originally built in 1953 by the Civilian Conservation Corps as a toilet facility. Although it is no longer used for that purpose, the building has been beautifully restored and preserved as a historical landmark for the Saratoga community.
The restoration project has earned recognition for the town, preserving a touch of history for visitors and locals alike. The Stone House serves as a reminder of the rich history of the Saratoga area and the many contributions made by the Civilian Conservation Corps in developing the region's natural resources.
